Birong Associates, LLC is a business consulting practice specializing in the valuation (appraisal) of privately owned business interests. Appraisals have been performed for many business entities including family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, general partnerships, sole proprietorships, professional associations and operating companies in over forty industries.

All appraisals are developed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice, the Business Appraisal Standards of the Institute of Business Appraisers and IRS revenue ruling 59-60. Valuations are performed for many purposes including the following:

Roger C. Birong, Principal of Birong Associates, is a Certified Business Appraiser and a Certified Management Consultant. He holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration and has provided business valuation and business management consulting services to over 250 privately owned companies since 1993. He has been qualified as an expert witness in litigation involving business valuation in the Fourth, Fifth, Seventh and Eighteenth Judiciary Circuit Courts of Florida.
