In 1990, after twelve years of management and executive management experience in both privately owned and publicly traded companies, Roger Birong became a co-founder and president of Bluejay Productions, Inc., a national entertainment bureau based in Orlando, Florida. After three years, Roger sold his interest in Bluejay to his partner and began his new career as a business management consultant.

Since the founding of Birong Associates, Roger has specialized in business valuation and has provided management consulting and business valuation services to over 300 privately owned companies. Assignments have included appraisals of firms ranging in size from $100,000 to $500 million in gross revenues in over fifty industries. Clients have included the shareholders and owners of operating entities as well as attorneys, CPAs, bank loan officers, financial planners and business brokers.
